Welcome to Slash Qatar. These Terms of Use govern your use of our platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Slash Qatar is operated by Maham Diverse Solution, CR No. 198215, Doha, Qatar. The Platform acts as an intermediary between customers and independent merchants, enabling the purchase and redemption of digital Coupons.
Important: Merchants are solely responsible for service delivery. We do not guarantee or control Merchant services, products, or quality.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
All payments are processed securely. The following refund policy applies:
Customers may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided the coupon has not been redeemed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Once a coupon has been redeemed and validated by the Merchant, the service is deemed delivered and the coupon is non-refundable.
Coupons not redeemed before the stated expiry date are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If a Merchant is unable to provide the service:
By signing up, you agree to receive transactional and support emails. Marketing emails are optional and require your consent.
Transactional and support emails are mandatory for service operation. You may opt-in or opt-out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or unsubscribe links.
All content is the property of 'Slash Qatar' or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
The Platform is not responsible for the quality of Merchant services, any injury, or dissatisfaction with products or services provided by Merchants. Merchants are independent third parties solely responsible for service delivery.
Maximum Liability: Our liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific coupon voucher in question.
This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law.
These Terms are governed by Qatari law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Qatari courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
